A to Z

  1. You will need magazines available for this center.
  2. Have your kids cut out pictures that begin with the letters A to Z. They can cut out one picture for each letter and write the word underneath it (to the best of their ability).
  3. Have them put these pictures in alphabetical order.
  4. Using long strips of paper works well for this activity. They can line up their pictures to see how many students picked the same or similar picture and notice the variety of cut-outs for each of the letters.
