Interactive Bulletin Boards

Symmetrical vs. Asymmetrical

Create a simple T chart as a base for this bulletin board. Write "Symmetrical" on one side and "Asymmetrical" on the other. Draw or cut out several shapes or simple pictures of various objects or things that display obvious symmetry or the opposite. Laminate these pictures and place them in a pocket that you attach to the board. Your students will have fun placing these in the correct side of the chart.
