This activity is well suited for word family learning. Write recently studied words on cards and pin them to the bulletin board. Have pictures that correlate to the words in pockets attached to the board or in a container close by. Instruct your students to pin the pictures to the matching words. To make this activity more difficult, have more pictures than there are words or vice versa.
