You will need to obtain a large piece of wipe-off plastic graphing board for this activity. Make an x and y axis in the middle of the paper. Have several wipe-off pens for your kids to use. Create worksheets for them to fill out with questions based on graphing. You can have simple problems such as plotting points and creating lines based on coordinates. You can also do some more complicated graphing such as measuring distances based on coordinates, creating shapes, mirror image across the x or y axis or diagonally. Kids will love using the markers and large graph paper. You may want to have them record answers on their own small graph paper.
