Interactive Bulletin Boards
Dot-to-Dot
This is a great activity for primary students who are still learning the basic numbers and letters. Make a dot-to-dot on the bulletin board. You can make a transparency out of an already made dot-to-dot or you can make your own. Then use the overhead to project this image onto the bulletin board so you can make it the appropriate size. Use push pins instead of dots for all of the points. And write either numbers or letters next to the pins. In order to give everyone a chance to work with this board, have them connect the "pins" with string by wrapping it around the pins. You can make a loop at one end of the string that students can use to begin the activity.
