Bell Work

Create a Sentence

Have students each come up with a different part of speech. There needs to be enough parts of speech for a sentence to be formed, such as pronoun, verb, adjective, preposition, nouns, etc. Students should work together to combine these random words to come up with a meaningful sentence. Incorporating new vocabulary words or newly learned parts of speech enhances this activity.
