Bell Work

Who’s Winning?

Bring in the newspaper each day during the Olympics and have your students plot all of the medal winners on the map. This will be a great continuing exercise to help your students with geography. They will also be able to make some generalizations about countries and their interests based on the events won when the Olympics have commenced. Each student should have their own map and you should have a large wall map as well in order to facilitate discussion during the Olympics.
