Provide a notebook in a designated area of the classroom. Students can write down things that occur throughout the week that they want to discuss at the 'Weekly Meeting.' It may be a problem they are having, something they want to share, or a question / survey they want to ask or take. Every Friday hold a meeting and discuss the items from the notebook.
