Bell Work

Factoring with Manipulatives

Help kids understand factoring better by having them use manipulatives. Place unifix cubes, blocks, or any kind of counting objects at each table. Have students factor numbers by using the counters to help them. They should show all factors and be able to illustrate how they got their answers.
