Bell Work

Take a Poll

Have students come up with a quick question for which they want to take a poll. They should come up with a question and a list of possible answers such as:

  • Have you ever been to another country? ( Yes / No / Not sure )
  • Do you like to read? ( I love it! / It's ok / Not at all )

They then need to go around the room and ask people to make tally marks by their choice. Have them make a quick graph to show their results and then share these graphs with the class in order for your kids to learn more about each other.
