Remember the Jack-O-Lantern

Have a Jack-'O-Lantern sitting in the front of your room where all of your students can see it. After everyone is there, remove the pumpkin, and ask your kids to draw the face from memory. Compare the pictures to the real thing afterwards and see whose drawing was the most like the actual.
