Sponge Activities

Did You See It?

This activity is good for visual acuity and pattern recognition. You will need to prepare several cards or transparencies with many series of dots representing different numbers. You simply flash the cards in front of the class and have them write down the number that they see. They should be able to recognize patterns such as those on dice or grid-like patterns.
